Been ages...

Well its been ages since I've written anything here.
A lot has happened, too many to mention but too insignificant to write as well.
The most recent and significant event is me changing from a support role in a call center to an onsite job.

For the past 10 years of my career it has always been in a call center. All interactions are over the phone, email or remote sessions. I've never had the chance of really meeting people face to face, customers to be exact. So I thought this would be a great opportunity for me. Going to site, meeting people, talking to people, sharing not forgetting receiving when things don't work =)

So far I've been to Hong Kong for an installation and Bangkok for a site visit of a poorly implemented solution by a partner. All has been well for now. Hopefully 2012 will be smooth sailing for my career and personal life.
