Woke up as usual at 4.30am for work
Brushed my teeth and feel something in my throat
Spat it out... turned out to be something like my flesh
Spat for the second time blood came out -_-"
Must have been because I worked too hard... knn 5am to 7pm only what @_@
Didn't drink enough water
Didn't eat on time coz farkers like to set meetings at lunch time
Didn't get enuff sleep... wake up at 4.30 only waht #_#
I know all that is crap... not funny at all... but i've got a joke for u all

11th day into 2007 and my fren did something really bad...
He went to Penang GH looking for his gf that was admitted.
Looking for the room numbers and all that... but he couldnt find her
Then he decided to call her gf... turns out his gf is at Island Hospital
Terus kena kantoi kao kao :)
Dude... if you're reading this... dont do it the next time... ears sakit... kena pinch teruk man

Wah really or not got blood de.. please go and do medical check up healthy is more important...take good care =)
Alvino I think you are suffering from "Dead throat muscle Disease", it's a group of bacteria that kills your throat cell and deteriorate it day by day, most prolly 5 months left if left untreated.
- But the fact I think is just plainly due to heaty where you develope smelly green / yellow flam particle
And it's really funny story you have on your friend.
- For the benefit of doubt, I think it's Penang's fault where it has alot of hospitals here and there, with very similar name (General Hospital, Adventis Hospital, Island Hospital....) See they all have the name "Hospital" which made ppl mistaken. The most important thing is your friend manage to reach the correct ones and the thought that cares.
Didnt know any hospital is a great news of all. Why? becoz never been admited to hospital or any of his family.
A question, alvin. Kia, wa lang ki ISLAND for kai kai. Indirectly island is describing penang island (penang kia). And turn out to be penang hospital or could be more general is Penang GENERAL hospital or simple in road sign HOSPITAL PULAU PINANG.
You see, island hospital (english) and Hospital pulau pinang (malay - see on road sign). Everyong not staying in penang could make such a mistake right?
FYI, i notice out of 4 of my best friends, 3.5 didnt know where is island hospital where one need sometimes to come out a direction to Island hospital.
